of all surfaces made of wood, stone and clay. These products are suitable for both interior and exterior

Mason’s Select Clear Concrete Sealer
A durable, non-yellowing, 100% acrylic concrete and masonry sealer to be applied directly on to concrete or as a
topcoat over concrete stain. Seals out moisture and offers added resistance to hot tire pick-ups, UV rays, gasoline,
oils, and other chemicals as well as foot and vehicle traffic. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Mason’s Select Concrete Cleaner
A biodegradable, concentrated cleaner and degreaser that also neutralizes etched concrete. Use to remove dirt,
grime, oil, grease, mildew stains and algae stains from concrete and masonry. Product is non-flammable and

Mason’s Select Safe Solution Concrete Etcher
A waterborne solution of non-corrosive, low pH organic salts that has been formulated to replace extremely
corrosive and hazardous concrete etching products. Safe Solution is low-fuming, low odor, biodegradable, and
has zero VOCs. Use to prepare concrete for paints and stains, roughen smooth and slippery concrete, remove
ground-in dirt, mud, and clay, and to remove mortar deposits. Gives a very uniform etch.

Mason’s Select Transparent Concrete Stain
A water-borne, 100% Acrylic, Transparent stain for application on concrete and unfinished masonry surfaces. With
8 available colors a multi-hued appearance similar that resembles a stone surface can be created. The acrylic
resin offers outstanding adhesion, durability, color retention, and water resistance as well as resistance to foot and
vehicle traffic. Mason’s Select can also offer protection from chemicals such as oil and gasoline and inhibits the
growth of mildew. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

OSMO One Coat Only
Plant-based semi-transparent stain available in 15 colors. It is suitable for both interior and exterior use. The
product covers 200 square feet per liter and is extremely economical because it only requires one coat. It is low
VOC, dries to a satin sheen, and due to its high solid content, provide great UV protection.

Safecoat Grout Sealer is a clear, moisture resistant sealer for porous tile grout and other cement-based surfaces. It
actually reacts with and becomes a part of the grout, increasing water resistance and minimizing the penetration
of liquids, helping to prevent staining, and providing a wearable, washable surface. Like all Safecoat products, it
is as safe and non-toxic as possible, formaldehyde free and virtually odorless, giving off no offensive chemical
fumes. It dries clear and without discoloration.

Safecoat MexeSeal is a low odor, water-based, medium gloss clear sealer. It is suitable for use on porous interior tile
or masonry surfaces because it creates a seal that repels water and oil. It is ideal for long term protection against
food, oil, and water stains on residential or commercial floors. Safecoat MexeSeal is non-hazardous and non-
flammable, a total replacement for high solvent products. This sealer is recommended on surfaces such as the
following: unpolished marble, limestone, granite, sandstone, slate, fireclay (brick, tile, terra cotta, pavers), and
concrete (brick, tile, precast panels, cast in place).

This clear, versatile, controlled penetration water repelling sealer provides an invisible barrier against water and
resists oils, grease and similar liquids. It is fast drying, has excellent adhesion, and is easy to apply. In addition to
sealing and providing a protective barrier against water migration, it helps to harden, dust proof and control
efflorescence in masonry surfaces. It is not toxic, non-flammable, lead and formaldehyde free and does not
contain surface contaminating silicones, making it a desirable coating for interior or exterior use. May be used on
painted surfaces and may be painted over when dry. Dries clear and does not discolor. This sealer is
recommended for use on porous materials such as concrete, stucco, brick, block, terrazzo and unglazed tile. Also
excellent as a wood sealer.
