Cobre Sinks
Hand-Forged Copper Sinks, reclaimed copper. Cobre-Copper in Spanish. New Copper
is a naturally rosy pink color that will oxidize with time & develop a rich red or brown
patina. Depending upon the amount of salt in the air and how often the copper
piece is handled, the metal will oxidize and the finish becomes matte, as the color
darkens to deep browns and reds. We currently work with 8 different workshops that
employ 1 to 9 artisans. Most of the people in the workshops are related, fathers, sons,
uncles, cousins. Look for the artist's signature and the Cobre mark for assurance that
your copper piece was made in the Traditional Bonfire Method using the simple tools
of the smiths's trade. None of the Earths's natural resources are being depleted, as our
artisans work with reclaimed copper. As a Fair Trade Federation Member they are

Eleek's cast metal sinks are innovative and timelessly beautiful. Our double-sided prep/bar
