Titebond Solvent Free Subfloor Adhesive



    Titebond Solvent Free Weatherproof Subfloor Adhesive is a professional-strength formula designed for subfloor installations and plywood
    use. It provides a permanent bond that remains flexible, reduces nailing and helps eliminate squeaky floors.

    Titebond Solvent Free Subfloor Adhesive is a VOC-compliant formula containing no ozone depleting chemicals, making it safer for you
    and the environment. Unlike solvent-based adhesives, it is nonflammable, emits no harmful fumes and cleans up with water.

Expanko 2260 Cork Adhesive

Expanko Cork Adhesive is a water-based hard setting adhesive for installing cork tiles on properly prepared concrete or wood substrates. Do not use over
existing resilient flooring or other non-porous substrates. Expanko Cork Adhesive is solvent free, low VOC, hard setting and suitable for use over radiant
heated floors. Shelf life of Expanko Cork Adhesive if unopened is one year. DO NOT ALLOW ADHESIVE TO FREEZE.

Expanko 2260 is suitable for installation onto smooth level concrete or plywood sub-floors, and is water-resistant when cured. Sub-floors must be free from
moisture and dust prior to application. Do not use this product over gypsum based sub-floor materials unless primed with Expanko 570 primer or 960 sealer. On
below grade and on grade installations, sub-floor moisture levels must be and remain within Expanko guidelines. Excess sub-floor moisture will damage
adhesive and flooring materials. A calcium chloride test must be performed on all sub-floors prior to installation. It can be used with Traditional cork flooring
coverings, cork wall coverings, or XCR3 flooring.

Marmoleum L910 Adhesive (for Marmoleum sheets)

Marmoleum L910 Adhesive is a water-based adhesive formulated for use with true linoleum sheets.  It contains no solvents or VOCs and resists moisture, mold
and bacterial growth.  It is also an effective cork adhesive.

Priced at approximately $35 per gallon.  One gallon covers approximately 150 square feet



Marmoleum T940 Tile Adhesive (for glue-down Marmoleum tiles)

Marmoleum T940 Adhesive is a water-based adhesive formulated especially for use with true linoleum glue-down tiles.  It contains no solvents or VOCs and
resists moisture, mold and bacterial growth.  It is also an effective cork adhesive.  This product is recommended over the L910 with the glue-down tiles as it

Murco M100 Joint Compound  

Murco M100 Joint Compound is a powdered all-purpose joint cement & texture compound formulated with inert fillers and natural binders only. It does not
contain any preservatives or slow releasing compounds. It mixes easily with tap water.  A 25 lb. bag of dry powder makes 3 gallons of wet material.

Application Instructions: sAfter gypsum panels are applies, mix M100 according to directions on bag with tap water, keeping in mind not to mix more than can
be used in 24 hours, as this product contains no preservatives and can spoil in very short length of time. Also do not apply when temperatures are below 55 F.
Cover joint with a thin layer of compound and embed tape, leaving about 1/32” of compound under feathered edge. Let dry and sand lightly. Wet sanding in
recommended where possible. Apply second coat, feathering 2” beyond first coat, let dry and sand lightly then apply third coat 2” beyond second coat.
Sand lightly when dry. Corner bead, inside corners, and nail heads require at least three coats of joint compound. Mix in slightly more water for texturing. Roll
and crowfoot texture patterns require heavier viscosity than splatter and spray textures. Avoid over-thinning as it can cause pinholes, cratering, and lack of
adhesion. All joint cement and textures must be thoroughly dry before painting

Safecoat 3 in 1 Adhesive

    Designed for carpeting as well as hard-composition wall, counter, and floor tiles. It is a water-based alternative to solvent-
    based adhesives and has significantly lower odors and VOC content, a major component of smog. It is recommended for
    people with chemical sensitivities.

    Priced at $50 per gallon. One gallon covers approximately 120 square feet with a 1/16” notched trowel and 60 square feet
    with a 1/8” notched trowel

Titebond Solvent Free Construction Adhesive

    Titebond Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive offers superior interior and
    exterior strength. Its all-purpose versatility is ideal for all common building
    materials. It provides a strong grab, fills gaps and irregularities and will
    remain permanently flexible.
           Titebond Solvent Free Construction Adhesive is a VOC-compliant
    formula containing no ozone depleting chemicals, making it safer for you.
    emits no harmful fumes and cleans up with water.  Conventional
    construction adhesives are often dependent on toxic solvents such as
    hexane to accomplish the task.  Titebond Solvent Free Construction
    Adhesive does contain a small amount of ethylene glycol, which is an
    antifreeze and is a common ingredient in many paints, finishes and
    adhesives. This adhesive must be applied when the temperature is
    between 40 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit, but after it is cured, the
    adhesive will hold up between 10 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.  Unopened
    containers should be protected from freezing.

Safecoat Caulking Compound

    Safecoat Caulking Compound is a non-toxic, water-based, elastic caulk designed to replace oil caulk and putty for windows,
    cracks and general maintenance work. It will not dry out or crack and does not release any solvents or unpleasant odors. It is
    water-resistant, flexible, easy to install, and non-sagging with excellent initial and permanent adhesion. Its resin rich formula
    affords maximum bond strength. Safecoat Caulk can also be painted. Use indoors or outdoors for caulking windows, sealing
    cracks, filling holes, door perimeters, walls and woodwork, air duct openings, venting and plumbing areas, siding openings and
    masonry cracks.

    Priced at $8.50 for 10.5 tube.  Applied as a 1/4-inch-wide bead, one tube is enough for approximately 25 lineal feet.
